I get paid to watch cartoons.

So, temping simply gets weirder and weirder. I have really moved away from actually doing anything that could remotely be described as work over the past three weeks. Previous to this week, I worked for an executive who already had 1) assistant and 2) was in Cannes. Why was I even there? To print out copious amounts of my manuscript, that's why.

Today was my first of two days at Cartoon Network Studios. My day basically consisted of:

1. A full tour of the facilities meeting people who I will not need to know after tomorrow at 6PM. (However, meeting the voice of Spongebob was pretty flippin' sweet)
2. A trip to Starbucks (I didn't have to pay!)
3. Moving my car
4. Filing a few things
5. 1.5 hour lunch in beautiful downtown Burbank
6. Watching cartoons for at least 2 hours and picking out what would be the best "still" or "screen capture" from that episode all while completely mooching off of the sweet selection of snacks and treats they have.
7. Leaving early

What else have I been up to? Finishing my last student tour of the season and preparing to say goodbye to Nick who will be moving to Atlanta next week.
